CHALLAH HANDLING + INGREDIENTS
In the unlikely event of leftover challah, please seal your challah in the bag, or wrap it in foil, and leave it on the counter. The next day, we suggest toasting it, and slathering it with your favorite spread - or - sneaking into the kitchen once everyone has gone to sleep and eating it with your bare hands like some kind of beautiful, beautiful challah savage.
If you still cannot finish it, just toss it in the freezer in the bag, and when you're ready to eat, take it out, and let it defrost on the counter for a few hours. Easy as pie! Er... challah.
